Always have had great customer service at this location. Friendly and competent staff.
This pharmacy is the worst when it comes to informing you about prescriptions. I've placed a refill and got the text saying when it'll be ready for pick up, show up a couple hours after I recieved the text and was told they didn't have the prescription. Why did I have to show up ready to pick up my refill just to be told the medicine is not in stock? I've placed another request for a different prescription for a refill 2 weeks ago and have not been told anything. I had to call and find out the request hasn't even been worked on even tho I've recieved an email confirming my request. TWO WEEKS WITH NO INFO ON MY REFILL.
This pharmacy is run by the best pharmacist, Tosan, and her staff, specifically April. I’ve been getting my medications here for over 10 years and I wouldn’t recommend any other pharmacy or pharmacist.
Always fast.. always kind.. consult with you about side affects and warnings... gives a estimated time and always ready by that time. Love this pharmacy and staff.. will continue to fil my prescriptions here.
