Dunkin'

Not the best coffee ever but good and the donuts are very good. Workers are nice. It's convenient for me so I go here pretty often for a quick latte

We ordered our donuts via Door Dash for delivery. The delivery was excellent, but the donuts were very stale. They weren't puffy like fresh donuts, so at least most of them clearly were not made fresh this morning, as would be the norm for a donut bakery. The entire household was very disappointed, even the kids. My goodness, Walmart's donuts are far superior to what we received. On top of it, I paid extra for "old-fashioned" donuts which everywhere else I've ever been are buttermilk glazed yummy donuts. At Dunkin' they are plain cake donuts. So I paid .99 cents each for extra plain cake donuts??? I don't think so. I had to make up a maple glaze for the plain donuts so there would be enough decent donuts for everyone. I'm severely disappointed with the quality, especially for the price. When I called the store, the girl who answered didn't seem to care. It was just "Sorry, that's our donuts" type of service. What a let down. :(

I love this place. 🥺 What I feel now is that I can't sit there to enjoy it. But better times will come 😊

I’ve only been to this particular location twice and both times very disappointed ☹️ Both times my order was wrong. First order was simple, a hot hazelnut latte with whipped cream and caramel sauce, and I got a large iced latte 😑 Second time I went I ordered for my family 5 sándwiches, 4 hash, browns, 2 Kolaches and my hot hazelnut latte. Well, I got 3 sandwiches and three has browns and the girl at the window insinuated I didn’t order all that and charged me for the rest of the order they messed up! Then, asked me to pull to front and wait for it. Waited another 13 minutes for it after waiting in a long line for almost 30 minutes for my original order!! Way to make me feel as if it was my mistake Dunkin!! Our family and friends will not be returning to this location again .
