SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Who leaves a station closed up DURING POSTED BUSINESS HOURS without leaving a sign to say when they will be back? And then waltzes back in without any explanation. Really??? NO REGARD FOR THE CUSTOMER. While I was waiting, I had to use the restroom. GOOD GOD! The most filthy, disgusting bathroom I have seen in a long long time. Really hope to NEVER have to use this pharmacy again, in fact, I would rather drive 30 minutes north than go there again.
The pharmacy needs help bad
Be aware do NOT fill a prescription there they suck very poor customer service. NOT to mention Valerie the associate at the pharmacy is so unprofessional. What can you expect from ghetto want to be's. I suppose since Valerie must feel she a JOB as a pharmacy tech she feels she can be little people and act like she is better than any one Ha get a life hunny your not that serious. Out here you just like anybody else don't forget that ghetto girl. You need to be fired.nOne star and really should be Zero.
Transfered husband's prescriptions to this WMT pharmacy because it is closer to my home only 3 got transferred and the copay was all wrong asked unable to read the Medicaid ID # on his card the pharmacist asked come back tomorrow after I contact Texas health & HS to get the ID # when I said I could not as I did not have a car my sister brought me here that pharmacist contacted the old Walmart I used to fill them at to get my husband Medicaid ID # They refunded the prescriptions and rerung them up at correct copay NICE JOB:-)
They take more than 24 hours to give you the prescribed medication and they are rude. Also the waiting line is always long.
