Excellent selection on womens shoes. I drive from Plano to check out sizes 4-6. (They have the larger selection of those)nThe jewelry case had lots of good stuff. The fitting rooms are very clean and there is always an attendant there to greet you. The home section is very organized.
Clean and very well organized store. Friendly staff and customer service is top notch. You can find name brand clothing and shoes for lesser price than retail. Sunglasses galore and shoes In abundance. I Highly recommend this store. There are other retail stores nearby also if you’d like to do kore shopping.
Waited 30 minutes in line for a package. Just for a manager to walk from the back after 30 minutes to check out 2 other customers. That was after the fact that 5 other customers had to move to other line w/o anyone telling them that they were going to be assisted til they made the choice themselves. Two employees continue to ring out new customers while 6 of us stood in line while only one woman was taking care of returns and packages. I’ve worked in retail as a ASM for 6 years and I am very understanding, but to wait in a line not even being acknowledge by a single employee is disappointing. I think corporate needs to reflect and help w better hrs and staffing.
Too much like a Ross store for my liking. I prefer some order when looking for apparel and home goods; they were not.
Great selections!! The shoe department was awesome! The clerk was really helpful. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
