Unfortunately, I have to write a one star review for Luxe. I had a regular stylist who did a good job but wanted to try something new. I had shown my stylist the picture in the left as to what I wanted, and specifically said no orange or red please, just blonde or ash highlights, and lots choppy layers to my hair. My hair did not come out like the photo but it looked okay and the stylist told me to try some purple shampoo once a week and it would make it better. I had never used purple shampoo before, and I used it for a few weeks along with purple conditioner and a purple mask. The brass toned down a bit but the highlights remained orange. I felt like it wasn’t right that I spent so much money and my hair was like this, so I tried to call the salon today to ask if they can tone it down and fix the haircut which didn’t have the layers to it either. Whoever called me back told me that their policy was they could only do it within three days and a max of seven. I told her I could send pictures but she said that was their policy, and that I would have to pay for a color and cut again because it had been almost a month.nI spent $200 (including a 15% first time customer discount and tip) which is more than my previous stylist charges me at regular price. She has never questioned anything if I needed a correction with the highlights. My stylist was nice but I can’t believe this is how this business is with their customers.

Love love loved my appointment with Anh. She was so personable, excellent w cut and blond color, and gave the best shampoo . Will certainly be going back. The salon itself was very clean, well kept and posh looking. Prices were in line w expectations. Love it here!

I don’t usually do this type of thing but this place was really great, I had to leave a review. I highly recommend Anh. When I showed her a picture of exactly how I wanted my hair to look, she was perfect and the result came out exactly like the picture. I will definitely be coming back!

You must go see them. Very friendly, kind and experienced. Questions asked before you get taken care of is great. They just care and they don't treat you as if you are just another customer. You fill very welcomed. This is my place to go for me.

I got my hair cut and colored today at Luxe for the first time, my stylist was Anh. I can’t say enough good things, she listened to what I wanted and totally came through. I’ll definitely be back!
