Terrible Service. I drove over 40 miles with a confirmed reservation for a hitch install. Upon arrival I was told that there was no technician on-site. When I enquired about my reservation I was told that it is not their problem. They are not the website. Darren the store manager was completely unhelpful and rude. When I asked if I could make a reservation for the next available appointment he asked me to call the 1800 number... ...Do not waste your time.
These people have been harassing customers through collections for storage payments during the Covid19 pandemic. It’s disgusting. How are they open and or essential!? People there talk like they are at a club not a business. I recommend you go elsewhere for storage and or trucks. I think one star is a bit much for this review. As someone who has paid for a storage here for about 2 years it’s sad. I believe the Manager’s name was Darren. Terrible communication and or empathy for those affected by the current pandemic.
There have been a fair number of negative reviews at any local u-haul place but i have used this location twice now and it was very easy and hassle free to make a reservation and return my rental and when I couldn't upload a photo of the return due to a memory issue on my phone I called Cust Service and they took my return over the phone and I wasn't charged any extra thank you
Bad customer service, they don’t know how to communicate with people, for example: Melissa Vasquez is the worse employee.
Worst customer service ever!!! Had an appointment at 3pm when I got there the guy said my appointment was at 7am saying that I got a SMS with that info and I said yes, I got the text and it says 3pm he look away as I was showing the text to him and kept saying that I got the text with a 7am confirmation. Lost half day of work and couldn't get the job done.
