ZERO STARS! Do not do business with this location! I walked in at 4:53pm on a Sunday (their hours are posted as closing at 5pm in Sundays) to purchase a mattress cover. There was no employee for many minutes, then he came out of the back and said that they were closed. I showed him the time on my phone and he shrugged. I asked him to just let me purchase the cover, and we went back into the back room. A minute later, he came back and I tried to reason with him, but he said “I don’t have to do anything I don’t want to.” I left, and WILL NEVER RETURN. Do yourself a favor, and go to another location that understands the meaning of business hours and customer service.
If you want to get your propane tank refilled here in a reasonable amount of time, forget about it. Tried two times. June 2020.
Went their first time. They did not have parts but wanted payment up front! Set up an appointment to come back at 1 pm on Monday after the weekend for installation. He told me he was too busy and tired for the day.nAsked me to show up at 8 am the next morning and promised to get the job done. I showed up and now, he told me that he had many hitches in the stock but not the one for my vehicle!
The worst customer service experience I have had in a long time. My reservation was changed to another date with no notice, phone call or email. I will not use this uhaul location in the future.
Had a reservation for 10:00 AM. Got there at 9:55AM, 5-6 customers ahead of of me no problem. The staff were taking phone call after phone call and we were just standing there. Left at 11:15 AM.
