We purchased 11 Hunter Douglas shades from Home Trends when we remodeled years ago. Very pleased with the product and the occasional service needs we’ve had. Additionally, I’ve selected fabrics there and have always found a terrific selection and excellent customer service. So happy to have such a great store in downtown Needham!
I would not recommend this store because of their customer service.nnI purchased wood blinds and 3 Sheers (1 Classic Sheers Side Stack and 2 Silhouette oversized) in 2005 for my entire house at HOME TRENDS. Total cost was around $5000.00.nnLast week, I called the repair service for one Sheer shading which the cord loop was snapped. They requested confirmation of the purchase for all Hunter Douglas items sold at their store. I explained to her I was unable to find my receipt, so she said to bring the products into the Store for repair. Otherwise, she will charge an initial travel service charge of $100 and add up for extract cost for repair $$. I said it is not a good business practice when you guys said when I had purchased called anytime and will fix for you.nnAnd I had mentioned that in 2017 May or Jun, I had repair service at your store (HOME TRENDS) without issue for proving the receipt purchased at your store for fixing Sheers Side Stack and wood blinds.
