I went in to purchase a bed for my son and ended up purchasing one as well. My plan was to get mine at a later date, but I ended up qualifying for credit that I wasn’t even aware of. I had bought a bed in the past (years ago) for my daughter and it was of great quality! So, I was not hesitant to go this route again. I don’t recall the woman who helped me that day (I’m sure I have her card), but she was very professional. I didn’t envision staying in the store as long as I did, but she wanted to ensure I was satisfied with both purchases and that my son and I did have what would be beneficial and satisfying to use both. I’m headed back later to purchase a mirror for my son!nI enjoyed the atmosphere the day of my bed purchases and I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed with suggestions made to us on the day. Affordable and great quality - keep up the good work Bobs with your items as well as your staff!

Had a really poor experience. Ordered online and my couch came with the plastic still on one of cushions, but inside the cover.nnThe cushion's zipper is too small to take the cushion out, so I can't remove all the plastic.nnAfter trying to email and chat (never worked), I spent 1.5 hours on hold until I got through. Their solution is to send me a new cover in a month. Then I'm supposed to cut the cushion out of my current cover, remove the plastic, and somehow stuff it inside the new cover.nnHonestly it's just not worth it. I would have left 5 stars if they had just owned up to it. Said sorry and figured out a good fix. But I need to fix it myself and it's going to take a month? Tempted to just return the couch.nnSorry Bob. Get your act together and improve your support channel. Will never recommend.

I want to give a shout out to Dani! She was a tremendous help with picking out furniture for my new place. I didn’t feel like a commission to her like other sales reps make you feel; she GENUINELY wanted to help me. The attention to detail, and diligence didn’t stop at the store! She followed up with me regarding the delivery of my ottoman. She has kept me up to date on the status of my other furniture due to COVID. She even has secured my furniture to come on time for thanksgiving! She’s honestly beyond amazing and I will continue supporting Bob’s and coming to see Dani! If you’re looking for a relatable person to shop with, she’s the gal for you! ❤ufe0f

The worst experience EVER! This was my first time ever buying furniture and this was not what I imagined. First off, they made me pay twice for delivery because I purchased two separate items. Secondly, whoever they hire as their drivers were extremely unprofessional. They show up to my apartment building, because you know I live in the city, and their like they can't move my stuff in because there's no parking. I told him I could move my car from across the street. That would have given him 3 car size spaces. He said no it has to be on my side of the street. He said ask my neighbors to move their cars and they'll be back. Long story short, I end up walking up and down the street ringing my neighbors doorbells asking them to move their cars for like an hour. I finally get enough spaces for the truck. I call the guy atleast 20 times. I text him. NO RESPONSE! I call him like 10 times from my husbands phone. He finally picks up and says they're on their way to another location. Then hangs up on me. I called him back and hes laughing and joking with his pal and then says I need to call the store to figure it. BOBS Furniture will NEVER again get my business again. and to top it off I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to a customer service rep.

Bought a TV console this past Columbus Day weekend, but it will arrive after Thanksgiving. This is crazy long time to wait. During Tax-Free weekend in August I bought bed and the chest, they will deliver it this weekend 10/17. If you can wait for two months then this place is for you. If you need furniture soon then avoid this store.
