I rarely make a review, good or bad. I understand people have bad days. I consider my self to be a relatively reasonable and fair person.nnMy company works with countless trucking companies all over the country. We regularly ship weekly loads out of Houston, Phoenix, LA, Detroit, Chicago, NY / NJ, Charlotte, Charleston, Miami, Jacksonville, Nashville (in this case) and many many others.nnMy advice? Make a *hard pass* on these guys and find someone else to help with whatever trucking need you have.

Is less than 1 star possible? This is the most horrible company I have ever encountered in regards to customer service and communication. Do not waste your time because it is very clear that they do not care about your time.
