Extra Space Storage

Teri, the manager at this Extra Space location is one of the most professional, customer oriented managers I've ever encountered. She is always friendly and courteous. I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff the almost two years I've had units here.. This location is always clean and very well managed.

The care that extra space storage provides its renters is exceptional at this location. Easy move in clean facility ! Staff are always helpful with easy pay set up and extended use of carts and hours. I was coming into town on business and the staff checked in my progress throughout my trip. Staff Also provided me with flexible ninth storage with no long term commitment .

This place is very well kept thanks to the staff and main caretaker of this location.nVery nice girl, and takes very good care of the tenants. I'm personally hoping to see her stay around way past March!

Everything was fine. Clean and new. Friendly people. But we were paying for the storage unit. We were the customers. We came on Saturday and there were no dollies to empty our unit. Waited 6 hours for one. They had donated contents of the five units to charity. Had to wait 6 hours for a dollie. And we had a 10 hour ride. So when we came to empty the unit of course it was pouring the rain. They should bring their own dollies. Paying customers should could come first. Thank You.nIn response to contacting your manager. They were on site and had one of the dollies in the office. They never offered.

Clean, friendly, safe. 10/10 would recommend. The manager, Teri, has been incredibly helpful and kind. She runs the whole operation in a very professional way and I am always happy to see her there. It is important to me that the facility is safe and clean and that there is great customer service and Teri and Extra Space Storage have exceeded my expectations.
