I rarely post google reviews but I couldn't resist after my experience with Best Tile today. I had been to a few tile stores in preparation for remodeling our bathroom, and I'd always been left to fend for myself at these stores, even with no knowledge of tiling. NOT SO at Best Tile in Dedham. The staff was incredibly helpful, taking the time to walk me through the store, offering detailed and specific recommendations based on my budget and needs. They even helped me carry samples to my car. Just unparalleled customer service, amazing selection, really a well run business.
We recently purchased bathroom tile and kitchen backsplash from Best Tile. We had a wonderful experience thanks to Doug W. He was very knowledgeable and was very patient with us as we went in a few times and also called him on a few occasions. Our order arrived timely and we are very happy with how our bathroom and kitchen turned out. Thank you for all your help Doug!
I attempted to buy some tile from Lindsey Hodges at Best Tile in Dedham. I sent her multiple emails and she never responded. I ended up buying the tile from Rich (who was very helpful and professional). When I arrived to pick up the tile I had the misfortune of interacting with her and she was very rude and complained that I had ordered the tile from Rich and not her.
Giving a stellar review of Best Tile in Dedham and John Pappas. I’m a do-it-yourself when it comes to house projects. John was super helpful in recommending products, giving pro tips, and even drove himself to pick up grout dye packs when the vendor failed to ship correctly. I can’t speak highly enough of John’s customer service. My basement tiling project turned out wonderful and John’s help is a big part of the reason. So if you are looking for quality products and great service John and Best Tile is your place.
Bad customer service. Because we didn't bring color samples from our kitchen they weren't able to help us? Really!!
