This is by far the BEST experience I've ever had. This company went above & beyond! I'm literally in shock how far the Manager "Brady" went for our family to get the BEST deal! I'm extremely picky when it comes to quality. It took me 2 years to find the right set. I believe it even comes down to the atmosphere & the salemen's etiquette for me to pull the trigger on a big decision. Brady with Marsen's Furniture in Roosevelt some how was able to check all those boxes to make it all come together. Brady made it much more than just a sale and that is why we will make this apart of our generational tradition to continue to do business with this company! Thank you to Marsen's and Brady for making our home a place where our family can comfortably gather for many years to come.
Purchased a refrigerator and once we got it home we realized it was not the one we purchased. They were so good to come and bring the right one and fix the mistake.
Great selection. The salesmen were super nice and attentive.
