The chocolate chip coffee cake that we received as a gift was one of the best coffee cakes we have ever eaten. Wish we had a My Grandma's in Louisiana. We will be ordering more.
Ordered a cake. Arrived in a million crumbs. All boxes and packing material were in perfect shape with no sign of damage.
I placed 2 orders 12/20/19, one was for Christmas so I paid extra $25 for next day delivery. It was not delivered until 12/27/19. The one I did not pay extra for was delivered first! I wrote to customer service requesting refund for next day fee and received a very curt reply telling me 12/27 was the next business day. So if the other one was delivered first, why did I pay extra money for? Will never order from them again! I gave 1 star because you have to to post! UPDATE: I received a call after they were notified of my review and they said that they will refund the extra I paid for next day delivery. Effie was very pleasant and nice!
