A disappointment. The hotel's breakfast used to be what made it special. The food selection has significantly decreased due to COVID (which is understandable), but the food isn't good. The eggs are a runny mix and the waffles are rubbery.nnThe staff did not answer the phone at guest services throughout our stay, and we had to seek out extra towels and toilet paper at the front desk.nnThere was just a general lack of customer service. Securing beach towels, drinks at the bar, coffee at the coffee shop, and concierge service was a hassle each time.nnFinally, the hotel charged our credit card for the entire stay on our first day. It's a small detail, but most hotels wait until the end of your stay. It was strange, and made it feel even more as if they did not plan to provide good service during our stay.
