This is neither negative, nor positive, but just the facts. You decide.nnWe needed storage while we prepared our house for sale, then transportation to an in-state city 4.5 hours away. We booked 2 PODS.nnWhen it came time to arrange for the delivery date of both PODS to our house, they informed us that they would deliver them on the 14th, but they would not be delivered to our new address (4.5 hours away) until the 19th or 20th. What are we supposed to do for 5 or 6 days without furniture? I canceled and hired traditional movers.nnAll contacts with PODS staff were good and they were all knowledgeable and professional.

By far the best way to move your “stuff”. Professional drivers, to accommodating compound workers. I researched all the “contained belongings” movers, and PODS by far exceeded my needs. The fact that I had access to my “cans” while in storage made my decision to hire this company that much easier. Thank you PODS. And thank you to the operator at your Conway S.C. Warehouse! I will promote your service every chance I get.

Price was just as quoted. No hidden fees. Web site was e-z to navigate. Container size estimator was e-z to use and accurate. Deliveries and pick-ups were on time. Just a great first time user experience.

There is a legit reason for multiple negative reviews. They only get a “1” because “0” wasn’t an option. I will never use this company again and I will never recommend them to anyone. Spend a little more and have this done by professionals - this company is not worth the savings. And if you think the insurance will cover a loss - not a chance. Litigation ? Sure, no problem, you just have to go to Florida to pursue it. Never , ever again!

We needed to get things out of our POD after moving south. The POD was ready and easily accessible making our move so much easier.
