We had a wonderful experience at Badcock Furniture in Conway, SC. We were not pressured but when we needed assistance someone was readily available. We received excellent service and purchased two recliners. I waited to write the review until after the delivery so I could include a complete review.nThe delivery was made on the scheduled delivery date and we were notified the day before. We also received a phone call from the drivers when they were on our way. The recliners were brought in and set up for us and before leaving they ensured that everything was working properly. I truly don’t think there was any way that Badcock could have improved on this service! We are very satisfied with our shopping experience at Badcock Furniture in Conway, SC.

At first we were just looking at choices. We ended up getting a very nice leather couch and loveseat. We had an excellent shopping experience. Nora there was so helpful to us.
