Very bad customer service. I would give zero stars if possible. They delivered the wrong size king box springs twice. Any person that reviews what goes out the door would have caught the errors. The lady with glasses acts as if she could care less and I am bothering her by asking for help. No one on the staff has the power to fix problems. It is almost as if once they have your money you are forgotten. All issues must go before the owner who is never there. Have been waiting for a call from the owner to resolve my issue for 3 days. Again this is something they messed up multiple times. Very incompetent...especially lady with the glasses. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
Great customer service
Very nice furniture. They will even finance it. Prices put Rent-a-Center to shame though!
Because I had to pick a star I gave them a 1..... But I rather give them 0 stars. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I been waiting about 3 months for a box spring to be delivered. They keep giving me excuse after excuse but NO box spring! Call the LOCAL ORANGEBURG OFFICE THE LADY ACT LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING GOING ON, AND GAVE THE MAN THE PHONE, BUT YET SHE HAD SO MUCH TO SAY. THE MAN WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM. AND IF YOU PLAN ON I SUGGEST YOU READ THESE REVIEWS CAREFULLY!
