I got approved online for a living room set. I was pre approved, I was approved! So I used my debit card for my down payment. So I called and I was told that I had to submit more info. I did that and when I called back to verify I was told that I wasn't approved. My thing is why accept someone's money before the whole approval process is finished? Then you tell me it's going to take 10 business days for me to get my money back? That's crazy! It only took a second for you to take it off my card. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

This place has got the most friendly employees you could ask for in a place that you need help looking for what you want. They try their best to accomplish everything for everyone. I am happy to have met them all. I have had a blast while being here.

Great deals and great customer service would recommend anyone

I haven't been been there since I purchased some furniture back in 2017. I actually went to the Mexican restaurant beside this location, and Google Maps thought I went to Aarons, so I thought I would take the opportunity to give this review. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE go to this location for ANYTHING!!!! The manager here is such a jerk, and the regional manager seemed to think it was OK the way that this man talked to me. Also, their furniture is no good!!! If you don't sit on your living room furniture often, I'm sure it would last longer. But, the seam in my Chase Lounge ripped. They did offer me a settlement, which was still WAY TOO MUCH for furniture that was unrepairable, but I had too much money in it to just give it back. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this location. There are situations in life that we have no choice but deal with places like this. I was in one of those situations and had no choice but go here. I guess there are people who are use to dealing with subpar businesses and are OK with being talked to the way this manager did to me, but I am not. I should have walked away after the first encounter, but I really liked the furniture I found here. Had I know the end result, I would have walked out and called the regional manager to tell him how this manager talked to me as a first time customer. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! You have been warned...
