The hotel and room were both clean and tidy. Coffee was behind the check in desk and you had to ask for it and how many of each condiment you wanted, Breakfast was being handled differently, brown bags placed out to go for the early risers, a hot breakfast was served at 7, looked like it was packaged in a to go style as well although guests were allowed to eat in the dinning room. We didn't eat breakfast there as we were in a hurry to get back on the road. COVID is certainly changing hospitality in public places. Hard to address everyone's individual concerns on how things are handled but I feel this hotel is doing a good job trying to do so.

Very pleasant overnight stay in a comfortable, very clean room. Staff was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was fresh with many options.

I’m traveling during the Covid pandemic after six months of isolating alone in my home, so I’ve been concerned about staying in hotels, despite what the Hilton brand says about it’s Covid cleaning policies. My feeling is the policy is only as effective as the knowledge and attitude of an individual housekeeper about Covid, since there are so many deniers out there. And my precious night’s stay in another Hampton Inn in Florida did not inspire the confidence I usually have in this chain.nnI could not have felt safer when I walked in this Hampton Inn. First, it appears to be fairly new, and clearly, it has been modified and protocols put in place for safety. I won’t list them all here, but they satisfied even me, someone who had not been inside a grocery store for six months (really!), and who takes this pandemic seriously.nnMy room was spotless and modern, and I was very comfortable. Although I was on the first floor across from the breakfast area and expected to be awakened early by the noise, it was actually quiet. The place seems to be well insulated against noise.nnBecause I stayed in my room and didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast, I only encountered one staff member during my stay (at check-in). She was very friendly and made me feel most welcome. She gloved up to hand me my key card and a couple of bottles of free water, and got me on my way.nnFinally, the hotel has easy access off I-26, and I had no trouble finding it. There are gas stations and fast food options nearby, making this a convenient and comfortable place for me to stay along the route to my destination. Two thumbs up!

A perfect stay at this Hampton Inn. Very nice breakfast creatively served during COVID. Excellent people skills by the nice lady at the front desk.
