I can take my pool water in and in 5 minutes she has me out the door with every thing I need to be swimming by tonight or in the morning, and never leaves you scratching your head because she weights it all down for you. Absolutely the best
I'm so aggravated with myself! I thought I would save money and buy a pool online. So far I have spent more money doing it myself than if I would have bought one from Crystal Pools. But even thought I didn't buy one from them, they are so helpful and willing to help me fix my pool. If I could do it over, I would have gone to Crystal Pools from the beginning. Thank you for your help and advice!
Poor customer service. Won’t recommend them to anyone. Tried them out for first time this year. They said around $300 to come clean our dirty pool from not being winterrized. They were to come on a Thursday. Called Thursday said would be ther Tuesday. We called Monday to find out what time for Tuesday. They said we weren’t on their books. Would call us when had time to come out. We took 2 samples of water to them in the mean time and spent $200 in chemicals. 1-2weeks later they finally came out. Day after still couldn’t see bottom of pool. Got bill in mail. They want over $700 for chemicals/service. We still after 3days are cleaning our pool and can’t see the bottom of it. They won’t come out and do the job they were hired to do and still want the $700. I’m in retail customer service. You don’t treat your new customers like that. So glad we didn’t sign up to have their weekly cleaning done. Won’t ever use them again.
