I share storage lockers with my brother. I called to find out about their policy for giving notice on one and Deb noticed my brother had turned 65 and qualified for a senior discount. I really appreciated her noticing that and she has a warm, helpful personality. It was an A+ Experience being helped by Deb. The facility is clean and well lit and convenient, too.
Deb made sure we had clear instructions and would be able to access our unit as easily as possible when loading in so much stuff. She was also extremely helpful when we needed to get another unit at the same time. The facility is also very clean and secure. Our experience moving our items in and storing here has been first class.
Deb, the Manager at the Cohasset location, is fantastic to work with! She was very easy to work with and extremely helpful in answering all my questions. She processed the paperwork quickly over the phone. The place is extremely clean and nice - new facility. I would recommend using this place!
Deb was super helpful. She put in extra effort to find suitable units after the ones we reserved were not right, and that was not her fault. She then got the new units turned over and cleaned quickly so we could move our furniture right in. She has been checking in to make sure things are going smoothly. This has been a stressful move and I appreciate that Deb has made the storage part of the move easy. Thank you Deb!
We have had a unit since they opened and have upsized and downsized several times. Always super helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Deb in the office was great!
