Poor Customer service they don't stand by their word, they tell you they be out that day you call them to fix your appliance while it still under warranty not even 6 months after buying it, next day they say be out 20 minutes no call no show than the 3rd day they say 2 weeks. 2 weeks done came buy and no one still came out.
Bought a deep freezer from them, it started thawing out randomly, have contacted them several times and now I have lost hundreds of dollars because they still have not come to fix it..
