Lowe's Home Improvement

I’m not a big fan of Lowe’s. The one in Grove is terrible usually you cannot get service at all. Multiple times last summer I had to load my own lawn and garden products. When we go we buy a whole truckload of mulch, soil whatever we’re going after. I still am not a big fan of the people checking out in lawn and garden they act like they are doing you a huge favor by waiting on you. However there is one gentleman I do not know his last name his first name is WADE. He works in law and garden and is the one that Loads you out with your bags of mulch, soil etc. or anything heavy from lawn and garden. He is an exceptional employee and I believe that management should let him know that! He is always eager to help very friendly and does not make you feel like he is doing you a favor. I went there today to get a truck full of mulch and some landscaping blocks over $300 worth my husband had already picked up the same amount yesterday we discovered we needed twice that much. Yesterday my husband had to load his own there was no one around after waiting for 20 minutes. Today I just told them at the cashiers that I Needed a loader. I was unable to get the potting soil I wanted from the inside, on Friday I had picked up a truckload and they had no bags on the inside that were not torn open today it was still sitting just as it was when I got there Friday. So I wanted them to loaded from the outside in order to get bags that were not ripped. Wade came up to the car was very nice after one of the other younger guys had already come to my car looked at my receipt handed it back to me and walked away. I assumed he did not want to load that much stuff!! Wade came out took my receipt, Apologized for the other guy and loaded me up within 10 minutes. He was pleasant and made me pull away from Lowe’s thinking OK I can go back as long as he’s working! Maybe he should do the training for the other loaders in lawn and garden people.

Since the new reset they don't carry a lot of items I need. Always have to search for help. This place has gone down hill fast. Will not go back!

Never ever going to this Lowe's again and I'm going to stay away from Lowe's as long as I can. I received a mr. Buddy Heater for Christmas it quit working today. Since I live a long ways away from Grove Oklahoma I called the store in advance to make sure they understood what was going on before I drove all the way there and they told me to go ahead and come there and they would help me work something out. When I get there they don't have anything that I need and they are unwilling to work with me I'm getting something that could be compatible and then they asked me if I had the receipt and I explained to them that I said it was a Christmas present before I even came up there and he told me to go ahead and come up there and they said well without a receipt we can't help you anyway.......

While in garden center for the wife heard employee tell customers that they'd have to find someone else to help them. Employee had a radio on his side, how about that?? Had to actually ask an employee to move down to get to the tool Drew's after standing behind him for awhile. Most of the time I have a good experience in the store. It shows how bad the customer service is getting around Grove.
