Echo Canyon Spa Resort

Amazing place. Wonderful customer service. Wonderful treatments. Wonderful rooms. The owners are onsite and amazing. The staff is spot on in their abilities and services and all great examples of what staff should be. I highly recommend this place!!

Our favorite hidden little gem in Sulphur. Joe & Carol go above and beyond and are the sweetest couple. Relaxing atmosphere, food is beyond delicious. We go at least 1-2 times a year. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

Steak was fine, lodging was as seen in pics, and treats in common area were a cool amenity.nnBut the hosts - whole amicable at first - were not great, especially when they insisted we pay about a hundred in tip even though we only stayed a few nights and NO one touched our room for cleaning or restocking, not even once. We paid over eighty in tip after some shenanigans with the card. We like to tip well for lodgings since most folks forget to do so in hotels. If you want more than a couple towels for the (pretty cool!) in room jacuzzi you'll have to beg and even then, good luck. There weren't any other customers there when we stayed but they seemed busy elsewhere so might have been something out of their control.nnIt took MANY texts and calls for then to stop sending us promotional texts.nnI've heard things have gotten better. And again, food was decent. Maybe we just got unlucky with creepy hosts.

To say we enjoyed our stay is an understatement! From the personalized greeting upon arrival, including a tour of the property, to the five-star dinner/breakfast, friendly staff, and beautiful views, this was truly an unexpected surprise. We booked a getaway somewhat last minute and had never heard of the resort before. Reviews were great and the pictures looked nice. The pictures do not do the resort justice. Our room was incredible. It smelled lovely with a candle burning and was spacious and clean. The property felt quaint and intimate while at the same time reminding me of four-star hotels and classy all-inclusive resorts. The owners are delightful and personable. They were very understanding when we had a later than planned arrival, and did not rush us at check out. They truly made our girls weekend memorable, taking all our cares away. We forgot we were in Oklahoma, although the local attractions, eateries, and shopping were also fun. The spa services were top-notch and massage therapists were both friendly and professional, with wonderful senses of humor. We could've hung out with the staff all weekend. The music in the dining room was awesome. The seating was comfortable. The food was like nothing we've had before- indescribably delicious. We can't wait to book our next getaway here. All weekend we kept talking about who else we need to bring and show this place off to. Wonderful resort!

Great, quiet getaway spot. Everything was great. Food on the expensive side. Food quality did not match the dollar amount. Felt rushed to check out . Over all, great place. Rooms could use dusting.
