We love the beds and the spacious rooms at the Hampton Inns! I am fussy about cleanliness, so that is important to me. The floors were not the cleanest, but the toilet, tub and bed/bedding were were superb!!
I always stay at Hampton Inns. Always consistently clean and well-maintained. The Ardmore Inn did not disappoint once again. The modified breakfast was healthy and very satisfying. We have stayed here before and will again.
No roll-a-ways. Had 1 issue and was informed that the front desk staff couldn't leave to help me, nor offered assistance. There however, was another worker at the front in the back. Otherwise, there would be 5 stars.
2019: Clean and comfortable... friendly staff and great night's rest.nn2021: Dirty and unfriendly... in need of room repairs, updates, and staff training/augmentation.
We travel regularly between Fort Hood, TX and Kansas City where we are from. Ardmore is a perfect stopping spot. We travel 2-3 times a year back to KC. We stay at this hotel every time we travel back home.nnOur most recent visit (December 2020), things just seemed to be a little off. First, our TV didn't work. Which was fine. But the room we were switched to just seemed dirty. There was obviously something spilt on the wall and still stuck to the baseboard. There were hairs on the bathroom counter and in the bathtub.nnOverall we love this hotel. Staff is friendly, beds are comfy. Etc.
