“Hands down the worst experience I have ever had as a guest at any hotel.”nnI’m a truck driver and I needed a room when my rig broke down. I called the hotel directly after I saw they had $39 dollar rates available(This was on 01/14/21 at 11:00).nI’d asked the person I spoke with if it would be ok if I could check in early and he said he had rooms available. When I got to the hotel I was then told that I would be charged for two nights due to the early check in. I reluctantly agreed because I was absolutely exhausted having worked a 14 hour shift that night and then had to deal with the breakdown. He then tells me it will be 75 a night. I asked him why and he said it was a fee for checking in early. I again agreed to the cost in spite of my better judgment. I asked if there was a laundry room available and he tells me some customer broke the only washer they had but that I could wash my clothes by hand and then use their dryer. I was far past giving a damn at this point and just wanted to go to sleep. So he gives me the keys and “escorts” me to the room.nWhen we get there housekeeping was still in the process of cleaning the bloody room.nI assure you the hotel was not even remotely full as the parking lot was all but empty when I arrived AND regardless of this, all he had to do was tell me that a room was not available yet, but that I could wait in the lobby until one was.nSo I’m stuck standing there awkwardly waiting until house keeping finished sweeping up a bucket full of dirt and rocks( not an exaggeration) and a hasty mop job to finish the scene.nOnce they left I peeled back the bedding to find stained top sheets and hair on the pillows. But in lieu of the fact that I didn’t see any bedbugs and deciding that if this was the best they had available I’d deal with it and stripped the bedding and took the pillowcases off the pillows and passed out.nThe next day after the repairs on my truck were completed I checked out shortly after 3. I turned in the keys to the same front desk agent and left without another word. Later that evening I received an alert from my bank that an additional charge of $75.41 had been charged to my card so I called the hotel and asked the clerk why. He said he was not sure what the charge was for as I had paid in full at check in but that he would ask the day clerk in the morning when he gets back in. I called again the next morning and spoke with the same guy that had both checked me in and out and asked why he had double charged me for the room. He didn’t bother explaining why the charge had been posted only that it would be refunded. There was no apology for the mistake nor for checking me into a filthy room. He simple didn’t not care remotely about any of it.nnBefore I started driving a semi I actually worked at a hotel for more that 11 years from housekeeping to front office manager and I can say unequivocally that not only was this the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel, but that this person does not belong in a hospitality position.

I've stayed here for almost a month now, this place is really nice! The rooms are spacious and clean. Great, friendly staff! Good prices! Definitely recommend. (:

We have stayed here often over the last few months. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Good place to stay. Manager is awesome. Let him know something and he takes care of it. Rooms are clean and they are remodeling rooms. Also has small breakfast area

First of all, I’ve stayed here 4 different times now. A few days, A week, 2 or 3 weeks, you name it& they have always been there to help me regardless of room availability when not prepared yet& etc. When I checked in, its always fast& easy& the front desk management is always respectful towards me. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you need somewhere to relax with privacy (means a lot) for a few days or more. Thank you buddy.
