I get there at 9:30 which was my appointment. I was asked to wait about 10 minutes. Then I assumed Lucy was doing my massage which is who I spoke with in the room. When she come in it was not Lucy I don’t even know who it was as she never said her name. I was very disappointed. Classic Bait and switch. The massage was ok. Sometimes painful. Then when the massage was over she said wow it was almost 2 hours. I looked at the clock it wasn’t even a hour yet and I paid for hour massage. More like 50 minutes. When I said to her it was not even a hour yet she acted like I was wrong. Then she did few more minutes massage but by that point I was not happy so she might as well just not even did more. I know this review won’t matter because I believe this is not about customer satisfaction it’s about money and maybe tip. Lucy should of done the massage as it was betrayed to be. I will make sure and tell my friends that this is not the place to get a massage. This was not my first time here so I know the difference from when Mia was here.
Great experience. Massage was thorough and didn’t feel rushed. Will be back. Thank you.
