I’ve had three total experiences here, two at the previous location, and each time I’ve felt rushed out the door. First one, the shade of my eyebrows was way too light. And she was running her mouth about clients which I think is very unprofessional. Second time was my touch up and the color was perfect but my arch was missing. I sent several emails asking about it from a couple days after my appointment to about a month after and finally was told she would fix it and discount it since it was just my arch that needed fixed. Went in for the third time and it was at the new location. The new place looked great! But It seemed like an inconvenience to her when I was asking her to touch up my arch again and just rushed through my appointment and didn’t even care about my concerns. I was still charged the full amount for a simple touch up that was not due to fading, it was missed at my initial touch up.I wish she would have touched both eyebrows entirely with paying full price... not really an enjoyable experience for something that is permanently on my face... I need to look for a more caring and personable tech to work with.
I am BEYOND pleased with the outcome of my eyebrows. Kendreeka explained each step of the process with me (which I loved) and it didn't take long at all. She did a really good job making sure I was numbed and comfortable the entire time. If you are on the fence like I was about getting it done, just do it! You are in good, capable hands!! I love my brows!!!

KenDreeka was truly a brow savior! She worked wonders with my over waxed (from the '90s brows) that I had not been able to grow. My brows are now beautifully shaped and groomed - they look so clean and really frame my face. Highly recommend!!
KenDreeka did an amazing job on my eyebrows. I got so many compliments shortly after I got them done. Everything was clean inside and nicely decorated. I'm extremely happy with the results and couldn't stop looking at them for days!
