I’ve been seeing Kelly for a couple of years now for laser treatments and facials, and there are truly not enough positive words to describe her or my experiences. She always takes the time to listen to my skin concerns, comes up with a plan for me, and delivers treatments that produce results! She is so kind, welcoming, and truly an expert at what she does! If you’re on the fence about making an appointment, just do it! Your skin will thank you, and she’s a joy to be around!

I see Kelly regularly, and she has made such a difference in my skin! I never thought I would have smooth skin again after all the sun damage from my youth. I REALLY burned my skin in the sun and you wouldn't know it now. My skin tone is so even now I often don't even worry about makeup. Kelly always has great recommendations for me. My favorite is the 3D Facial.

I have never been to a spa before but this was an amazing experience. It was a clean and calming environment. I felt very welcomed. Brittany was wonderful. She was professional, insightful and full of knowledge. I will continue to come back for more treatments soon!!!

This is my personal opinion about my experience and outcome of my treatment. I had coolscupting done May 2020, after being convinced I would be a great candidate do to me being a petite woman with not much body fat. I had a total of (8) treatments spending about $5,000 with a $300 chemical peel include, which was done on my face and underarms. I did not find my underarm peel to work at all, which was meant to help lighten the area. I am a lighter skinned tone( African American). The facility is very nice as well as the staff. I decided to write this review in hoping I can help someone else with sharing my experience and help save money. I feel the amount of money I spent was a lot to not see any noticeable results. I also spent $200 on lighten cream, which has not worked this far. Hope this is helpful.
