Panera Bread

Worst coffee I've ever had and you wait forever to be attended.nYou expect the bagels here would be good and fresh and every time we come here they're using old bread, dry and hard, and they throw it in the middle of the big bag.

I work here so i can tell you the food is good, albeit a bit pricy. Orders are accurate 90% of the time and staff is always helpful. Try to come early in the morning or the afternoon if you can. We run out of everything late in the evening!

Great place to meet friends for a snack or a meal. I have never ordered anything that I didn't like. One of my favorite things about Others is if you want to stay a while and just chat or have something you need to do on your computer the staff never try to rush you out. It's a very comfortable home like atmosphere.

Management sets a very low bar for customer service. Dark roast coffee and light roast coffee is always out. Over multiple attempts to get coffee, with the app TELLING ME my order is ready, only to pick up my order and either no cup, no coffee, or both!!! I see why they had to close months ago due to covid outbreak in their store. Zero leadership.
