It was not professional and took me in room ask for money when they should have asked up front if wanted money and than came back ask for cash. Very uncomfortable the way everything was done. I’m massage therapist as well very unprofessional and I will never go there again

Went here on a whim after seeing decent reviews and had an overall good experience.nnCleanliness: During a Pandemic, this is a good place to go to for a sanitary space for a massage, they have hand sanitizer at the front desk and require you to wear your mask upon walking in, which is a huge plus. Lastly, they put a paper protection for your face while you wear a mask getting your massage, they wear a mask as well!nnProfessionalism: I want to like this place and support local but the thing that threw me off was the lack of professionalism. The masseuse was so great but it was a big turn off when she started to talk to the other masseuse loudly while giving me the massage then left me alone DURING my massage, while people (clients) came to the door and she greeted them/ signed them in. This definitely bothered me because I had no idea how much time was left and it was a huge distraction to my massage plus getting back into relaxation mode, but she then went back to it without saying sorry and it felt a little bit rushed afterwards. My friend who was getting one done also said that happened to her.nnMassage:nMy masseuse was amazing with her hands. She really worked out the kinks and cracked my back where it needed to be cracked. I enjoyed the music she played plus she asked me how firm I wanted the massage. It was so kind of them to give a complimentary water bottle at the end and they had a couch with a privacy curtain that my friend used while waiting for me.nnI’ll definitely be back to support this local business but I wanna try other local places as well.

I went to HAHA Spa again while i was vacationing in Wilmington. The place is great. Very good massage. The price is right too. Girls are pleasant and careful about the virus.nThe place is as clean as when it first opened last year.nI may have to come on vacation more often.

I recently went to HAHA spa and didn't not get what I paid for. Very unsatisfied customer.
