Great product with good employees but there is always a bad egg. Forgot my mask and instead of pointing it out let me wait in line entirely without reminding me till I got to the front to refuse me service. That's my fault for forgetting but 1.you let me stand there 10min. Without one and 2. People removed theirs to eat their ice cream. Cost the other employees a tip. disappointed to say the least

I think cold stone as a whole is a good company.. just not the location in Wilmington. Every single time I’ve came in here there has been a line out to the door and only 3 poor workers. Extremely poor managed in my opinion. The owner of the store treats his workers like slaves. You are hiring high school students and paying them minimum wage and want them to treat it like their career. Maybe if you treated your workers with a little bit of respect.. overall I will Never be spending my money here again just for the fact the way you treat your employees.

Stopped in and let my two little ones get a bowl of ice cream. They both tried a new flavor then what they normally get. They liked that they could choose a topping.

Really really not good ice cream, at all. Ordered cookie dough, yet not a single piece of cookie dough could be found in my waffle bowl. So really it was just cookie dough-flavored I guess. Overpriced for very below average ice cream.
