Great movers careful and nice. I had a horrible experience with Humbotldt, United Movers so this was even more special. I will use them again and I reccommend them highly.

This was the first time we used Gentle Giant. With the experience we had, this will be the only moving company I personal consider moving forward. We had an extremely difficult task for the company and they exceeded expectations. For a new home construction, Gentle Giant accepted in our behalf a window order (a truck load full of windows, a couple of thousands of pounds in weight). They accepted the order, made an inventory with images, identified damages and communicated everything back to us. For a couple of months, they kept the order at reasonable price in storage for us. At the day of the delivery, the crew showed up in time and unloaded the fragile goods without any issues through a construction zone into the house without any damages. Everyone we interacted was professional, clear communication, no hidden fees.

We had a large commercial move with hundreds of items, we can't say enough about everyone at Gentle Giant. They were thorough and got us on the schedule as quickly as we needed since the stuff being moved was on a strict time schedules. Peter Heidkamp was thorough and followed-up promptly. The moving crew of 6 guys got the job done quicker than anticipated and even asked if they could repack our storage unit to be able to fit more stuff in the unit.The accounting team and Teresa C. resolved an issue on our billing swiftly.nnOverall would definitely recommend and use again!

I can't say enough good, about Gentle Giant !! from the start, Bambi helped navigate our moving needs !! When you're overwhelmed and not sure where or how to begin !? Bambi to the rescue! Her communication is beyond excellent! She sent us , one heck of a team the day of the move with crew chief, Szolt at the helm ! He guided his crew of 6 , for 11 consecutive hours , on the hottest day in August! Forgive I don't remember the name of each crew member.. but , I can tell you each individual showed professionalism with a smile ! They moved us from a 4 story home with winding stairs , as if it were effortless. All our boxes and furniture made it 100% intact to our new location! We couldn't be more impressed by Gentle Giant. The estimate was black & white.. no hidden costs ! (As I've experienced with other moving companies )from A- Z Gentle giant gets 5 stars +. I highly recommended anyone looking to move! We are using their service again this Thursday!! A challenging move ! In which, Bambi has accommodated us at every turn !! Thank you Gentle Giant !!
