Working with Homestead Disposal was a pleasure. Eric must have owner interest due due to his high level of customer service and communication. The Dumpster was promptly delivered and placed in the right location and wood was used to not damage the grass. When the it was picked up the driver took the time to clean up around it and even shoveled up a small pile at the door. As the driver left he beeped the horn and waved to my step daughter watching in the window. I've used several dumpster companies in my years but I will return to Homestead for all of my dumpster needs going forward and would highly recommend their services
Just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had with this company! They were so helpful and understanding to my situation when I needed to make some changes on my order. They had a fast drop off and pick up time and prices were very reasonable. Very happy I ordered from them and will definitely do so in the future and recommend to my friends!
Homestead truly cares about the customer. They are accommodating and professional. The delivery driver went out of his way to be friendly and thanked us for our business. Don’t see this kind of customer service very often. Would highly recommend.
Started a home remodeling project in Holbrook MA. They had the most flexible time options with renting. Would and will most definitely use again.
I rented a 10yd. dumpster for a garage and basement clean-out. There are no hidden costs here (unlike other places I called). Everything is on their website. Their dispatcher/customer service person was very polite and helpful. They are punctual, too. In addition, they had good prices. We will definitely use them again.
