I am always excited to see Lucy! She is so welcoming, sweet, professional, and talented. They try their best to accommodate people as well as follow social distancing guidelines, if it wasn’t for them as well as all the other nail salons we wouldn’t have the luxury of going to get our mani/pedi. I hope a few bad reviews don’t spoil your eager to want to experience the service at Serenity. Thank you serenity!!
I love going to Serenity !! Johnny and Lucy are always amazing when it comes to my nails. Cindy does my pedicures and she is always great. Good conversation with the workers and great customer service. Highly recommend. Great small business !!

Got a pedicure here this morning and it was terrible. My nails were not trimmed, just filed unevenly. She didn't even buff my nails, so the edges are already chipping. I pointed out the worst nail to the tech, and she just slapped on another coat of paint and put the topcoat on. It has now been 3 hours since the service and this nail still isn't dry. I came here to get a pedicure before my baby arrives next week and now it looks like I'll be spending more $ to get it redone elsewhere.
