Love it! Dr. Andy starts with a thorough consultation. The photos the staff take along with the computer technology he uses allow you to see in advance what the different treatments can accomplish. Dr. Andy is a good listener and will address your priorities meanwhile offering his extensive expertise while never being pushy. He is very present and hands-on. Staff is professional and kind and facility itself is beautiful. I couldn’t image going anywhere else!
I had a consultation yesterday and I was so impressed. Dr Andy explained everything better than any physician I have ever had. I felt totally comfortable asking questions and his responses were always helpful. His staff is very nice yet very professional and the facility is also very nice - charming, spa-like, and yet clearly a medical facility. I will be having two procedures and I have full confidence that I will be very happy.
MD Laser Studio is amazing! I went there yesterday for the first time and saw Kelly for Botox and she was amazing! Dr. Andy came in and provided his recommendation for the amount of units I would need in each area! I definitely found my go-to spot for my cosmetic needs! I put a substantial portion as a deposit for a procedure here to reserve a spot a month later. When I got notice of an operation to be done for my child who has been in pain for months I called to reschedule - not cancel mind you. I explained the circumstances. Basically it was to choose between my sons operation or a facial procedure. So, because of this I lose over a $2k with making another deposit for rescheduling. They reschedule for Covid but not for a hospital operation ? With it being a locally owned business you think there would be a little more care for the clients well being. I hope no one has to experience an unforeseen issue while waiting for their procedure. I'm sure it's rare for something to happen as in my circumstance but, again, it's a health issue that has to be taken care of over a facial procedure. The business did not handle the situation in a manner that takes care of the client. It's a little troubling.
MD Laser Studio is fantastic! I drive 4 hours round trip just to see Dr. Castillo and his wonderful staff. I flew around the US to see Rosacea specialists and no one could help, until I met Dr. Castillo and his staff. I now have my life back. Thank you Dr. Castillo and crew. I highly recommend this crew whether to fight disease or aging. I do both!!! You won’t be disappointed!!
