They really saved me in a pinch at the coldest day of the year (8 F degree) and half hour before closing on a holiday. Brian O'Donnell (sic?) really shines on getting me the correct part on the phone and placing the order for me. Gary is really nice and helpful when I showed up just in time to pick it up. Thanks to them and the team at Republic Plumbing Supply I have gas heat back!nncan't thank them enough.
Very disappointed in what seems like a reputable business. Just went into Republic Plumbing Supply of Norwood for the second time in my life. I guess I still didn't look rich enough to get anyone to help me. I needed to replace my kitchen sink and faucet and was looking for something that was not exactly an off the shelf item. I got the runaround and was told that they didn’t have anything I was looking for. I guess I will spend my money somewhere else. I feel bad for them when the economy tanks.
Beautiful showroom. High-quality products. Recommended by my plumber. Lots of choices. Excellent customer service. Worth my time to visit and shop.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. You can browse on your own or have assistance from staff. Never feel rushed to make a decision. Highly recommend
Short visit for a plumbing part. The plumbing side was closed. (note that side has different hours than what is listed on Google). I explained my woes to the guy at the desk. The owner was in the back and heard me. After I walked out, the desk guy chased me down and said that the owner would help me out. Got what I needed, 5 stars for this visit!
