The Original New York Bagels

Ordered NY Bagels via Door Dash today. It's very tasty! I wish there had been more options such as adding cream cheese to a breakfast sandwich. I wrote it into the instructions since I wasn't able to add it/pay for it if needed, but they didn't do it, I assume because it would've been an upcharge. Which I would've happily paid if it had been an option. Oh well. Enjoying my sandwich anyway!

Bagels are good with plenty to choose from, including a variety of delicious spreads. Has a small deli feel to the place. I like that they have some well priced simple options for breakfast (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns).

Only went here because there were no other local bagel places. These bagels are never fresh and my order is wrong. Recently discovered bagel bin in huntersville last week and I will NEVER go to Ny bagel EVER again. Better bagels and GREAT customer service. Sad that I wasted so much money there when bagel bin is way better.

I used to like this place a lot until this morning. Not only did they keep me on hold for a while to place a take out order. They placed the phone down and kept me there for 10 mins while I was hearing them take care of upfront people. I had to hang up and call back. By the time we went to get our order the eggs were cold not fully cooked and there was hair in my other omelette. Not to mention the bacon was so well done my coworker wasn’t able to chew it when I had asked for the bacon not to be well done. When I had called back in tell them about it the woman who answered the phone just said “okay”like it wasn't big deal. I don’t think that’s how customers should be treated. Not even an offer to remake our food fresh.

Omg..sooo glad I found this spot. This is my new breakfast spot now... the bagels are amazing. I always get the egg white special on a plain bagel toasted.
