Baskin-Robbins

Completely sick and tired of this Dunkin. Every time I go, they are out of bagels by 9am. And even after confirming order, they still mess it up or forget something. I would rather go to another one and drive out of my way just to avoid this one.

It was my first visit and the girl behind the counter said the flavor I chose was too frozen to remove from the container and decided to give me another flavor without asking if it was okay. On top of that, the waffle cone was stale. I won’t be going here again.

For a location that has a large significant amount of children customers due to Kumon being next door, the workers are not kid friendly or patient at all. Three workers and no one was at the front. When a child started ringing the bell, the worker snatched it the first chance she got. At least smile with that attitude. Disliked multiple things today, but other times the workers are amazing.

So annoying. Petty as it is, I asked for a cake cone with 1 scoop of ice cream but my daughter had just ordered the last cone in the bin. The employee couldn’t be bothered to open a new box so I could have one so I asked for a cup instead. Then when I pay I'm charged for the cup! I would expect the cost of the cup to be included in the price of the ice cream but certainly I would expect NOT to be charged when I wasn’t able to have a cone! Why do I have to purchase a cup to eat the ice cream?!? Yes it’s only a dime but it’s the principal! Lazy and super unfriendly employee made it certain we will not return.
