I got the wrong order and was waiting through the drive thru for 45 minutes because of covid

This location was such a disappointment. We were traveling from Ohio to South Carolina and stopped here for some much needed espresso. There was only 1 guy working, the drinks he gave us first were completely wrong then the correct drinks we finally got tasted disgusting. The espresso was burnt and made the beverages undrinkable. We had to throw them away. Such a waste of our money

Not so great customer service or knowledge of coupons!! They need more training on customer service and knowledge of their job

It is disappointing to find that you been shorted you on the quantity of donuts purchased until miles down the road. Certainly disappointing. Important to CHECK THE BAG before leaving the pick up window.

I went through the drive through I ordered 2 beyond sausage sandwiches. They were both cold.When I went inside to get a refund the manager said I had to come back later to get my money back. I demanded a refund and they finally gave me a refund.
