Contacted them 8 months ago regarding the possibility of ordering a chair to match one that my wife had purchased at Gordman's. Was told that they could custom produce one and ship to us, to which I asked them to get me a price. After 8 months they finally try to respond to see if we found a chair, and still haven't said how much ordering one directly from them would be. EXTREMLY poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and purchase your furniture from a different and more customer minded company.
Got loaded fast
I have spent many years in furniture and Golden Chair is a shinning Star in the market place today and is made right here in the USA. Would you not want to buy an American made product than from over sea's. these are great people that stands behind there work. Great Job.
Very nice people, helpful, professional, and quick to load.
Friendly and helpful, FCFS loading, they start loading at 7am. They load quickly and have a large parking lot in front of the office if you arrive before they open.
