When I used to do business with this place. Lucy was always cheerful n happy to help you. Been knowing her since we were in 1st grade, she is only one I would deal with.nDennis is grouchy. He dont smile he always has something bad to say bout you. A place of business needs to show their customers they are happy to.see you n assist you.nThat's Lucy. She needs to be the manager of that store she can get things done with a smile on her face...not Dennis

They messed up my account but I had to pay to fix it. I still have to pay for a washer that I can't use because I have to wait for a technician that fits my schedule after I was home for an entire week. I won't be doing anymore business with them after this and I won't ever refer them to anyone again.

I went into the store the other day and there was a lady name Lucy Criddle she was very nice and helped me find what I needed and was very helpful on the prices and what I could do to get the furniture I wanted. Thank you for your great customer service!!

Great place to shop when you need something and just can't pay the whole price all at once. They have a great 180 days same as cash program.
