Gotta love Cold Stone. They serve great ice cream that is customizable. You pick your ice cream flavor, pick some toppings or add-ins and they mix it all together in front of you on a big ice-cold stone slab. Not the least expensive ice cream you can buy, but always fun and tasty for something special.

I like that it's not as busy as the Murray location but there may be a reason for that. Over the weekend my youngest with food allergies wanted to try the mint ice cream. I called ahead to make sure they had new containers of mint. I explained that they need to pull from a container that hasn't been opened. They completely understood and confirmed they had mint. When I arrived I order chocolate and mint for my daughter. They said they didn't have a new chocolate in the back which was fine a I forgot to check on chocolate but then they told me they didn't have any new mint containers. Ummm....what do you mean? I just called. No apology, no offer to make it right. I honestly think they were more interested in cleaning up for the night. Maybe just an off night but again there's a reason this is not our usual stop.

Cold Stone has the best ice cream mixers of any place. You can build your own add ins, or use one of theirs. This particular Cold Stone has great service and is well taken care of. The owners do a nice job of following social distancing and keeping the place clean. They also do a nice job of keeping everything in stock so that they don't run out of add ins when you want them. However, the frequent guest point system is very confusing, so much so that I don't use it. There is no way to tell how many points you have and it's not clear how to get the points when you purchase. So that is my biggest complaint with this company is their point system. Otherwise, highly recommended!!

Wife was in the area of this location and thought it would be a nice treat to bring home two Carmel apples. These apples are precut. As we each started to take them apart to eat them we noticed both had browning in them. We do not live close to any location to return them. We threw them away. Very disappointing. We will ask to take a look on the inside in the future
