This place is amazing! I ordered delivery to two locations during the busy week of Valentine’s Day and the customer service was top notch. The cookies were fresh and really really delicious I’m told! Will be my go to cookie place.
This place is putting Insomnia Cookies to shame. So incredibly fresh with a great selection. They have an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie that is my favorite. These are not cheap cookies but you will be very satisfied after having tried them. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience- scheduled cookies to be delivered at 12:30pm on Sunday 4/19 through the Hot Box website for a birthday. Never showed, so we called at 1:30 and they said “door dash guy left 10 minute ago, it will be to you soon.” Hour goes by, still nothing, so we call back. “Oh the door dash guy never showed up up, we’ll have to transfer your order to another hot box, it will be another 2 hours”. Whatever, we wanted cookies for lunch but we can eat them dinner I guess. 3 hours pass by, still nothing so we call to cancel and they say we’ll get refunded in 3-5 days. I’ll believe it when I see it at this point. Sad because I used to work here in college and I don’t remember it being this poor of service.
