The cookies are served warm from the case. The brownie was put back into the over to be warmed before we were served it and it was piping hot!nnI love that the different flavors of cookies are displayed at the register for easy decision making. We ordered 6 cookies to get a discounted price. Be aware, some of the fancier cookies are not included in this offer.nnWhen the store is not open, there is a cookie vending machine right outside the door. Since the store was open when we visited, the vending machine was empty. I'm happy to see that they are refilling it daily instead of having old cookies sitting around for more than a day.

Very friendly people inside. The biggest reason we stopped was for the cookie vending machine. It was down for an update. So My daughter and I decided to go in and so glad we did. We are passing through for spring break from Indiana and are nick named the cookie customers from Indiana. They are the perfect blend of crunch and the perfect soft and chewy. My daughter graduates high school this year and we are thinking about ordering some for her graduation party. I can not emphasize how great the personal are in the cookie shop.

If I can’t practice more self restraint I might have to move... I love the cookie bot! I feel so silly saying it but half the fun is getting the warm cookie from the cookie bot. I have been walking around saying “who took the cookies from the cookie bot.” ud83dude06 Cookies are delicious, my favorite is the white chocolate macadamia nut. Highly recommend if your craving something sweet, fresh, and warm.

Let me tell you about the customer service I experienced at Alibi.nnWe came in on their opening day and a young man I believe his name to be Michael greeted us immediately. Told us they were about to close but would love to serve us and to take whatever time we needed to enjoy our experience.nnThe flavor my friend requested was currently out so Michael went into the Kitchen and prepared some for my friend Mark.nnHe shared his journey with us and what Alibi means to his family.nnAlibi is more than a cookie place it is a pillar for our neighborhood, and we look forward to enjoying the best cookies in Saint Louis for years to come.

I’m not going to lie, I was incredibly sad that Dogtown lost Nora’s & therefore was automatically skeptical of any business that would attempt to fill their vacant storefront. While these cookies may never replace my favorite salads and sandwiches, they are absolutely DELICIOUS and are a great addition to the neighborhood! It’s almost impossible to pick a favorite, but the lemon white chocolate cookie might be it for me. I’ve only ordered delivery so far, but am very excited to visit the store in person & meet the awesome employees that other customers are raving about.
