I rented a small space for household goods. When I arrived, there was a lock on my unit and I wasn’t able to access it. I had to place my belongings in a neighboring unit, which was unlocked.nWhen I called the next morning, I spoke to a female employee who apologized and put a credit on my account for the inconvenience.nI had planned on going in later that day to switch my belongings to the correct unit, but had other moving responsibilities. I went the following afternoon. As I was pulling up to the property, a male employee, who identified himself as the manager, called. He told me that he understood that his staff had made a mistake by leaving a lock on my unit, but that “I had no right to put my belongings in a unit that someone else had paid for.” I asked him what I was supposed to do with my belongings. He repeated that he understood that they had made a mistake, but then repeated that “I had no right to put my belongings in a unit that someone else had paid for”.His tone and language were very confrontational. I told him that I was in front and coming to change my unit to the proper one. He said we could continue talking inside.nAfter I finished moving my belongings into the proper unit, I went to the office. He was not inside and didn’t answer the phone.nI would never do business with this company again.

I'm moving to Boston and really needed help with a storage unit. The customer service is so great. The assistant manager Adriana Ferreira rented me a unit within minutes with no hassle or any problems. She was very professional! Highly recommended!
