Made a reservation online, and I arrived prior to my move in date just to get a view of what the space would be like. The man at the front desk was courteous because he had to be- not because he wanted to. I was very specific in terms of what I needed and that seemed to have bothered him. Mainly because I asked for a unit closer to the elevator. When I initially told him it was a bit far, he argued back saying it wasn’t. I had to ask about 2-3 times for one closer (if available) and explain WHY to get him to let me view one closeat, even if it was available on the 4th level. When I tell him why, he has the nerve to second guess my explanation. Which was not necessary because if Iam paying for something to suit my needs, it should not have to questioned. For the record, at no point did I disrespect this man nor speak to him in a degrading manner.nnThe point is service was horrible. I truly hope he is not the one to assist me on the day of my move in. Now I will Say, the building itself is very clean and well kept! Which is why Iam choosing to rate 2 stars, and possibly even keep the reservation itself.

Everything was easy - reserving the storage space, clear communication with the employee who helped me, easy to find and park, and the storage unit was spotless.

Mr. George Gordon was amazing to work with. He was warm, inviting and super knowledgeable. We were running a bit late and he stayed after hours to help us finalize our rental and walk us through the process of accessing the unit after hours. The facility is very clean and the employees, of they are anything like George, are delightful.nn10/10

Location, location, location. Super convenient Extra Space Storage in the heart of J.P !!nGeorge was super friendly, detail oriented who did not mind to answer all the questions we had. He took time to explain every part of the contract and made sure we were happy not just with the unit size but price and accessibility to the storage.
