Our experience with Closet Factory has been incredibly positive. I would recommend this company to anyone. Mandy L. was wonderful and listened the issues with our current closet setup. She worked with me to design the perfect closet for us with so much storage. Mandy was extremely professional, responsive, and informative! Our installer (Jason) was exceptional also! The installation was quick and done with perfection.

My experience with Closet Factory was fantastic start to finish! It was a collaborative project with Kris who wanted my every idea/wish in design and function of custom wardrobe cabinets to come true. No details were left out right down to exact measurements and exact installation start date. Installers were very friendly and highly talented. Impressed with the whole experience.

Since my dealings with Candice at the Closet Factory, I have recommended her to everyone I know building a new house or anyone interested in remodeling their current home closet. We built our new house and always wanted a more custom closet to fit each bedroom and a couple main level closets as well. From start to finish Candice worked with the space we had while understanding what our daily routines would be to make sure that space was used wisely. I looked at Home Depot and online stores, but I was hesitant that I would have purchased material that was just not right for the space we had or worse loss of space. At a minimum her services should be considered.

Lora was outstanding in assisting us in the design of our closets! Lora kept us informed throughout the entire process! We will be using her again and would refer her and Closet Factory to any of our friends! Our installer, Steve was outstanding as well! Steve was personable and quick in the installation as well!

I had a wonderful experience working with Lora R. and the Closet Factory! I had an awkward space that was a bit of a design challenge (another STL closet company told me “they couldn’t help me”) but with Lora’s expertise and guidance, I couldn’t be happier with my new closet! The installer was great as well! Very happy with the entire experience and would gladly recommend!
