We submitted our form to have an event 3 times. And never received a call or email from Colleen. We only heard responses after leaving a negative review.nnColleen took no blame and after I asked if a number was wrong or something trying to be open minded she listed off the number of one form and changed the last digit to say it was wrong. Lol my friend did not mess up her number after checking with her and either way that friend submitted 2 separate forms including an email address as well.nnI called Thursday again and was told to call Saturday. Today (Saturday) I called for Colleen to touch base and see if she could verify that we could be sure nothing would go wrong considering all the other red flags. One of the staff would not let me talk to her and said she only reaches out by email with prior forms... She then put me on hold and said she called her and that Colleen would reach out in 20 minutes. 2 hours later and still no call back. This company seems to have far too many red flags.
So Brandon thugged it! (Kudos) its been awhile since I had a massage and it was fire! It was my 1st time having a guy. I picked a guy for strong hands. (No offense ladies). Very welcoming. Very relaxing. Ambiance was amazing. Can't wait to go back!!!
We frequent this place quite a bit. Experience is great but it does cost you. Will continue to be a customer long term.
